Useful Links

It can be overwhelming looking for help when you’re already struggling and finding the right support can be confusing.

So we’ve compiled a list of helpful links from leading mental health organisations and people with lived experience that might help make sense of what’s going on for you and what you might need.

Some things might feel like they describe you perfectly, while others might not apply to you at all. Remember that everybody is different and these links are just one way to start understanding and talking about our experiences.
